Welcome to Drive Sports. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Drive Sports platform, including our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Drive Sports, you confirm that you:

Are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
Have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization (if applicable)
Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Description of Service

Drive Sports provides a fundraising platform designed for youth sports organizations. The Service allows:

Organizations to create and manage fundraising campaigns
Participants to share donation links and track progress
Donors to make contributions to support youth athletics
Administrators to manage teams, reports, and communications

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Organization Accounts

If you register on behalf of an organization:

You represent that you have authority to bind the organization to these Terms
Your organization is responsible for all users it authorizes
You agree to ensure all users comply with these Terms

4. Donations and Payments

4.1 Payment Processing

Donations are processed through our third-party payment processor (CardConnect). By making a donation, you agree to:

Provide accurate payment information
Authorize the charge to your payment method
Comply with the payment processor's terms of service

4.2 Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the donation date. Refunds are processed at the discretion of the receiving organization and Drive Sports. Processing fees may be deducted from refunded amounts.

4.3 Recurring Donations

For recurring donations:

You authorize automatic charges on the specified schedule
You may cancel at any time through the donor portal
Cancellation takes effect for future payments only

4.4 Tax Receipts

Organizations using Drive Sports are responsible for determining their tax-exempt status. Tax receipts generated by the platform are for informational purposes. Donors should consult a tax professional regarding deductibility.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Misrepresent your identity or organization status
Submit false or misleading campaign information
Collect donations for purposes other than stated
Interfere with the Service's operation or security
Attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization
Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service
Harass, abuse, or harm other users

6. Content and Conduct

6.1 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Drive Sports a license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

6.2 Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that:

Is false, misleading, or deceptive
Violates any law or third-party rights
Contains malware or malicious code
Is obscene, offensive, or inappropriate for youth audiences

6.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

Pending donations may be processed
